Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing the SACCO’s online presence, executing marketing campaigns, and driving member engagement through digital platforms.
Overall Objective: To increase SACCO brand awareness and digital engagement for membership growth.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the SACCO’s products and services.
· Manage the SACCO’s social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
· Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
· Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
· Analyze website traffic and other digital marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain the SACCO’s website.
· Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Key Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
· Content creation and social media management.
· SEO and SEM expertise.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
