REGIONAL MANAGER – JOB REF- RM-SACCO-2025

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager will oversee SACCO operations within the region ensuring growth in membership, loans, and deposits while maintaining compliance.

Overall Objective: To drive the regional performance in line with SACCO growth targets.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the operations of all branches within the region.

· Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve the SACCO’s growth targets.

· Manage the performance of branch managers and other staff within the region.

· Ensure that all branches comply with the SACCO’s policies and procedures.

· Monitor the financial performance of the region and identify areas for improvement.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

· Represent the SACCO in the local community.

· Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the region.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in a SACCO or banking sector.
