Job Summary:
The Branch Managers will be responsible for overseeing SACCO branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Overall Objective: To drive branch performance in alignment with SACCO’s strategic goals.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive branch performance in deposits, loan issuance, and membership growth.
· Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
· Lead and mentor the branch staff to achieve performance targets.
· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
· Manage branch risk, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and implement local marketing strategies to grow the SACCO’s presence.
· Monitor branch financial performance and recommend improvements.
· Facilitate loan approvals and collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
· Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management within a financial institution.
